Returns
We want you to love every Veneris piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition with all packaging, dustbags and tags intact
- Returned within 10 days of the delivery date
Items showing signs of wear or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, contact hello@veneris.store with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
